Simone Fletcher
Simone is a dynamic business leader and experienced Chief People Officer. Simone has 20 years domestic and international experience as a CPO, Head of People and Culture with Coca-Cola Amatil, Head of Talent Operations with Jones Lang LaSalle.
She brings extensive change and project experience to our Board.
Sam Martel
Sam is a passionate advocate for stronger regional health outcomes across NSW, bringing to the RHI Board a sharp business-mind and a deep commitment to rural communities.
Sam uses his commercial expertise to ensure that our work stays grounded in practical, sustainable approaches — that regional health services are smartly financed, resilient, and capable of adapting to changing community needs.
Jacqui Martel
Jacqui is a dedicated leader in regional health and aged-care, bringing strategic insight and lived experience to the RHI Board. As owner and managing director of DANS In Home Care, a locally-based provider in the Central West NSW region, Jacqui has more than 10 years’ experience supporting older Australians, people with disabilities and their families to thrive in place-based care.
