Simone Fletcher
Simone is a dynamic business leader and experienced Chief People Officer. Simone has 20 years domestic and international experience as a CPO, Head of People and Culture with Coca-Cola Amatil, Head of Talent Operations with Jones Lang LaSalle, and she brings extensive change and project experience. Simone, born in Nevertire and educated across the region has experience in a breadth of industries including health, sales, manufacturing, trade, agriculture, real estate, education, and aged care.
Simone who is the founder and managing director of Unlocking Human Potential, a company created to grow regional business, also has extensive experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestments and has run large scale multifaceted programs of work. Simone has worked with Fortune 500, ASX 100, and small to medium businesses including start up programs of work. She has strong knowledge of regional towns, having spent the last 5 years living in both Nevertire and Warren.
Simone ability was recognised when she was invited to join the McKinsey and Company Top 300 Young Leaders across Australia and New Zealand in 2018. Simone was also recognised with an invitation to the inaugural David Gonski Senior Women Leading Coca-Cola Amatil program in 2018.
Simone sits on a number of committees including non-for-profit boards and has had strong board and leadership experience. Simone holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) from Charles Sturt University, graduating as the dux of her undergraduate degree. She also holds a Master of Counselling with Distinction from Torrens University.
Her areas of expertise are developing business and people strategy, undertaking organisational reviews and due diligence and change, program management and communication.
