Jacqui is a dedicated leader in regional health and aged-care, bringing strategic insight and lived experience to the RHI Board. As owner and managing director of DANS In Home Care, a locally-based provider in the Central West NSW region, Jacqui has more than 10 years’ experience supporting older Australians, people with disabilities and their families to thrive in place-based care.

With a strong emphasis on personalised, compassionate and reliable home-care services, Jacqui ensures that DANS delivers tailored, high-quality support rooted in local knowledge and community connection.

At RHI, Jacqui applies her frontline operational expertise and deep understanding of rural health-and-aged-care delivery to help shape our initiatives so they truly respond to the realities of regional communities. Her commitment ensures that our strategies are not only aspirational, but grounded in what works on the ground.

Outside the office, Jacqui enjoys being part of the vibrant life of regional NSW, connecting with families, carers and community groups. Her values of service, resilience and local empowerment mirror the mission of RHI to improve access to high-quality health care across regional NSW
